Remote Control Driving App

With a growing number of states banning the use of cells phones while driving, it's refreshing to find a group of people who've figured out how to drive a car with a cell phone. No hands, just an iPhone. You don't even have to be in the car.

The group is call Waterloo Labs, a collective of self-described 'engineers from National Instruments and other nerds from around Austin, Texas,' who turn lethal inventions like cell phone-driven automobiles into 'fun do-it-yourself projects' for chuckleheaded future quadriplegics.

Actually, you can't really do this with just any car--you have to do a little retrofitting--but it is pretty amazing, and also very doable for anybody with a set of tools and the right parts.

Just don't mention it to your insurance company, 'kay?
